hm that's a wee bit of a difficult animation... um it will take me a wee bit of a time to do that... I'm not too great at animation haha. I am okey at simple animations like eye blinking and stuff. Let me sketch it out and depending on how any frames it is i'll tell you how much it'll cost. i'd say 3-4 extra bucks for that if I were to spit ball.
also do you have a flat colour ref? -- i don't want to mess up the colours and be off.

I'd say 9 bucks for this sounds fair? it takes quite a while to do 10 frames of lineart and flat colour.
