Anyhow, this is Sioron. He's one of the top dogs. He in charge of sinners, and gets to punish them in whatever manner he feels they deserve. Within his aspect, he is without a doubt the most powerful god, but he has no right or power to touch the souls without sin (not that he would have to go very far to get to them, if he wanted- Xersii is sympathetic to his cause, and her powers are less restrained).
