Second of the Mall Cop series of pictures I've been doing, meet Dispatch. This guy has been working mall security longer than any can remember. He patiently laughs off rumors that he is the last surviving Nosferatu in North America (He knows he's not the only one). Possibly the only entity in the states powerful and stuborn enough to keep the rest of the crew taking orders, instead of potshots at the elderly.
