what do you use for doing these mixes?

i use goldwave to get the samples from the other songs that I want
then i use reason 4 to arrange everything and to create beats and bass and eq/compress/master it (reason 4 has samplers, drum boxes, and synths, AND mastering tools, such a great prog!)
