My horribly horrendously overdue shinxchange (DA) piece for mystalia (DA) Bleeegg, I am so so soooo sorry that this is so late. At the time I was really excited about it, and spent literally weeks slowly doing the lineart. Drawing in every scale. Its the most detailed lineart that I've ever done. I was so proud of it. And then I wanted to colour it digitally, in some sort of art noveau type of style. Unfortunately, at the colouring, I just hit a block, and no matter what I did, it didn't work out, and it wasn't what I wanted. And then I somehow lost control of everything that wasn't directly related to university, and it just completely slipped away :/ So here it is, horribly late and not quite as I had imagined, but I quite like it nonetheless. I think the head needs to stand out a bit more, I'm just not sure how to make that happen.
My thought behind it was to have her all entertwining around one of the small thorn trees (with massive white thorns) that we get around here.
