This Throttle & Carbine in street fighter form. Throttle is Ryu and Carbine is Chun Li. Originally I had all the biker mice in street fighter form, but it got ruined. I was able to save this part of my drawing, so it wasn't a total waste. I still like how it turned out. this also a remake of a piece I did a long time ago.
