I'll admit, I saw another MTG card badge at the Saskfur Camp-out, and it just clicked. Why have I not done the same? Needless to say I searched throughout FA, and found

Would be great in a Rat Tribal modern/standard deck, although, I would make the second ability a -1 for balance sake. Also, iin the first ability, you should specify which phase ends the effect (upkeep is the usual suspect). Other than that, great art, and decently balanced. Very well made. =3
Hmm, I went the other way. With the self boosts, their deadly enough. Just have to get them out fast enough...

+2 is completely useless, with that low of loyalty counters to start off with he would get destroyed before he could even do anything, And the ability doesn't even guarantee a kill when attacked
+1 is mediocre, better cards to mill with that have roughly the same mana cost
-6 doesn't make since, if the point of him is to mill than why not make it a mill ability instead of token summon ability.
