Sprite and Asher met on a remote island somewhere in the tropics, when one of Asher's wild heists went awry and he ended up overboard and almost drown.

He washed up on Sprite's island, and the pineapple scented dreamboat nursed Asher's dumb ass back to health. Asher's eternally grateful to the little islander and visits every summer. Or whenever he gets sick of the cold weather back home.

Or whenever he feels like getting laid.
