Very nice. I'd give this a 11 out of 10. Your poses, and object placement have certainly improved. 2014 has definitely brought some greatness. The way she is playing with those toys, as she changes herself (With magic) is an adorable idea. With all the things in this looking great, you obviously pay great attention to detail. I'd say it was good to not draw the wings. Drawing wings on a pony in a picture where they are laying down, with a side-view would be foolish. Great work, man. I'll do you a good one, and favorite this as a personal favorite.
This is a new angle for you to draw. Very nicely executed. Twilight's face says a lot here.
I like how you have Celestia off in the background. I'm guessing that she is the one doing the changing? If so, what a nice thing to do for her prized student.
I like how Celestia and Twilight appear, to me anyway, to be at different angles and distances. Gives kind of a "Long Range" feel to getting the dirty deed done.
I know lots of parents who would really love to be able to change a diaper without having to actually "touch" the diaper. :)
