Well, while looking at the serperior, you can notice that she has a clavicle and shoulders, giving me the idea that she is either an anthro or a naga, which both have arms. Not assuming she can simply get out her self judging by how far she is in it, I would naturally lend a hand to her or anyone that doesn't deserve such a horrible fate.
