You used to ride? Heh, so many cheetahs who ride. :)
My previous bike was a Honda VTR250 (they look like a shrinky-dinked version of a 1999 Ducati Monster), which was great fun in the city but I was doing so much long-distance commuting and touring that I soon realised that a semi-faired sports-tourer like the Tiger would be much better suited to my needs. :)

It's the acceleration, at least for me Speed IS great but it's the thrill of opening the throttle on a clear(ish) road. Started riding at 16, first accident (and a big one) at 26...
Funniest thing about it was the ambulance guy wanted me to be yelling and swearing at him, but I was calm as a lamb (or maybe he was hitting on me and liked being debased...)

Thankyou! :)
If you page down a bit in http://community.livejournal.com/fu.....t/2239743.html , there's a short description of how they were made, and a photograph.
Essentially they're plastic chocolate molds that were hand painted on the inside using black, white, gold and brown paints. By painting on the inside the plastic of the chocolate mold gives it a healthy gloss and protects the paint.
The eyelids themselves are 1.5mm thick nitrile rubber.

Thanks! The Tiger's good for someone my height. Works as a good B-road sports tourer. :)
Lighting on this one was fairly basic; Just two oldskool Vivitar 285HV flashes with reflector umbrellas. They're set up about 90 degrees apart, with one flash just to the right of the camera, and the other behind the cheetah on the right hand side of the frame which is behaving as a bit of a rim/hair light. (The shadows on the ground hint at positioning)
Backdrop is a bit crap though. XD
