That elf, I wonder if she either is not turning to stone because her eyes are closed, or because she has some sort of power that protects her from the gorgon's power.

That, or I'm misinterpreting the gorgon's power. I always felt the turn to stone thing was looking in the gorgon's eyes and/or looking at their snakes, but perhaps it's just the first? I'm totally overthinking this...

She has a hard body already, chiseled to make other parts of others' anatomy hard.
