My first original dragon character. I spend way to long painting this for what it looks like... but it is what it is. :)
This character is based off the Age of Fire book series. The pose is also inspired by the beautiful cover artworks.

Name: Sarinua
Age: Sari is very young in dragon standards, having grown her wings just a few years.
Appearance: Sarinua is the typical green scaled colouring of a female dragon. She is very long and slender like her mother.
History: She was born in a small and secluded cave. When she was not yet full grown her home cave was attacked and Sari was taken away from her family. (For many, many years she did not know if any of them still lived.)
Her captors intended to use Sari as a slave along with many other stolen hatchlings. Rescued by a humans, Sarinua spends many years living with them in their small village. Eventually she grows lonely and seeks out the company of other dragons.
