Oh! Poor Bianca!
Bianca is a kid of a possibly extinct species called Fenneoth (original species), she's actually a Snow Fenneoth. Beings of that species are considerably big. Bianca, for example, is only a 13 year old kid and is almost twice as big as an average adult human. Fenneoths can grow even more in just a few moments, that when they're scared or feel threatened as defensive instinct, it's like felines that bristle their fur to look bigger, but Fenneoths actualy do get bigger! They get back to their normal size after some moments, when they calm down and feel comfortable and safe.
I believe Bianca got scared with something inside the house or someone have frightened her (which is a bad idea indoors). The "little one" hurt herself on that growth spurt and now is crying.
Outside you can see everyone who was inside the house, some helping the others, some trying to calm Bianca and looks like there's still someone trapped inside the house... oh! And there's a kid above Bianca's head too!
I feel really sorry for Bianca on that sketch.
