a question to the condition of it being a working horse, while i can see that it would be near impossible to ride without either electrifying yourself to death or burning your legs on the furnace...
why is it tied up in town like it was road to town? is there someone in town with cybernetic legs and an arm to be able to hold onto the energy current in the yoke? if a metal could be charged with a pyro magnetic, piezoelectric form of charging it could be highly believable that the person who rides it would need to actually ride it or stand near heat at some point to recharge the mechanics XD
