Another take on my great horned owl mask, this time with a browner color scheme, and layered leather ear tufts! I'm actually very pleased with how the feather pattern of the forehead came out :3 Hand-carved and shaped 7 oz leather and painted with acrylics. I used leather lace instead of ribbon since the client will be wearing this for LARPing and needs it to be as sturdy as possible!
