Okay so after a lot of thinking I have decided to draw something for Arrow so he can have powers as well.
The Doppefier is a mysterious and mystical item. The Doppefier chooses it's wielder by heart and knowledge. It chose Arrow because of his Otaku heart and mind.

The Doppefier can copy any form that it's wielder thinks of and best suites the situation (In this case as the picture shows Darkspine form as in  darkspinesonicplz
The Doopefier can can create engery from feelings and thoughts from the wielder and from other people. Each wielder of the Doopefier has there own symbol on the front of it (the crescent moon for example)

The Doppefier cannot be removed from anyone expect by it's wielder and it will materialize in his/her's hand or pocket. It cannot copy the full power of the form it can only copy only small amount of the form but it can copy the abilities of the form (for Darkspine the abilities would be speed break and time freeze)

.This item can't copy god like forms and powers, as well as over powering abilities, the wielder can only stay in certain forms for only a set period of time (Darkspine form can only hold up too 20 minutes)
.This item can copy the form of others if needed (optional)
.Each form will act as a different element (Darkspine is Dark/Fire form)


Since everyone is getting into the heroes and villains thing from  liljprime's picture I thought why not join in the fun ^^ (All though I already have 3 O.Cs that have powers anyway.)

Arrow belongs to me
