It was really fun! Usually when I draw someone else's character I get all the reference material I can dig up and try to meticulously recreate it detail-for-detail because I'm neurotic like that I want to respect the original designs, but this time around I figured I'd reinterpret Toulouse's kinetic, wild style into something a bit more controlled.
