so i was thinking of inking this picture: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4026165/
and once i finished i thought.... damn there is a lot of mistakes. so i thought i go over it again. let me know what ya think and if it's worth inking.
"Hawk" Ro Jinko
Ro Jinko, know throughout the Assassins underground as the Red Hawk, is the top Assassin of the Bird Eye Killers. She travels along with Angel and her FAF troop.

Personality: Fiery, ill tempered and spirited
Hobbies: motorcycling
Likes: weapons, fighting, smoking and ramen
dislikes: oppression, other Ninjas
Special traits: Highly trained ninja
weapons: Lo and Po, her twin magnums and The DragonEye, her katana enchanted to kill demons
Notes to artists: She's has a small tail

Personally I thought the first one was quite good. However, this is indeed significantly better.... You should certainly ink and color this.
I believe I see the arm problem mentioned.. However, it seems more to do with the angle of the foreshortening for the forearm. Seems that the elbow, and thus the angle for the forearm should be put a little more toward her body. Currently the upper arm appears a bit too long.
But overall, honestly, it's a cool image, and I think you should give the inks/colors a shot.
