One of the earliest handmade greeting cards I had created was a generic birthday card - made for the year 2000 A.D. (or "Y2K", as it was more popularly known as) - with my bobcat 'fursona' adorning the cover art. Of course, since 2000 was a 'leap year', I'd made a reference to the 366 days of that year in part of my birthday message...
Regrettably, I had misplaced the original color version of the greeting card art; so, I'm posting a black-and-white photocopy of the image - transferred onto green paper. And to save time and space, I've included the inside message on the outside (below said cover art).
Maybe on the next 'leap year' (2016) I'll create a brand new generic handmade birthday greeting card with a similar reference to those 366 days. Who I'll be 'snail-mailing' said cards to remains to be seen...

Yeah, a lot of people were worried about their computers (and other time-activated appliances) malfunctioning, as the new century began. (Of course, I'd made the obvious mistake - as did many others - of thinking that 2000 was the official first year of the new century and the new millennium... when, in fact, it was the year 2001!)
