Here's a colored pencil doodle I did a while back commenting on Charles' excruciating lack of fashion sense. It's better now, but I had to beat it into him with a nice tie and a color palette. I couldn't physically make myself color the plaid any more awful than it is. I just couldn't do it.

The Subject matter is based of a real life event actually. One of our very first dates, we have a nice dinner planned at a fancy italian restaurant (no, not Olive Garden, that was the first date ;D). He runs to his place to put on a nicer shirt after classes are over. Now, as a female who may not exactly be the most fashionable lady in existence, I still spruced my self up into a semblance of coordination and femininity. And I must have really liked this guy, because he pulls up in all his blue plaid glory and I still went to dinner with him! I'll give him credit because the blue plaid shorts ALMOST exactly matched his blue plaid shirt. I give myself credit too because I didn't laugh nearly as hard as I wanted to. Poor guy! I love it to this day because the event gives me such luscious ammo when he gripes about me fretting over outfits.
