I live (currently) in Switzerland, where the Braunvieh is as good as the national beast. It always warms my heart to see how much the Swiss love their cows, and have postcards of them and so on, showing how they find them beautiful. And they are.
And it's worth mentioning, for those that don't do German, that "Braunvieh" simply means "brown cow" (or more literally "brown cattle"). Oh, those literal-minded Teutons...
