Again, a few suggestions for the English text:

"I'll be the one to say whom I cure...." Or better yet, "I'll be the one who chooses my patients." (Or, "I'll be the one who chooses my customers.")

"Weight-loss potions for their big-arsed wives."

"I've heard about this place but never seen it... it's impressive!"

Better yet, "I've heard about this place but never seen it." -- And then have the art *show* how impressive it is as the comic continues.
