I heard somewhere that Fatigue was originally supposed to be a guy but because of the confusion towards the whole gender issue the creators decided to roll with it had have fatigue's gender undecided. And maybe they retconed out the comics showing fatigue as a guy.

Poor guy. He's so sweet. He puts up with so much sh** from Sheen. I'd give him a hug, if he wouldn't misunderstand it. Fatigue seems to be one of those kind of people that likes getting treated bad. Unless I'm misinterpreting something somewhere. But then, why doesn't he just leave that scary guy he's yoked to.
