Recipe:
one onion
3 sweet potatoes
3 zucchini
a few carrots
a few spices, for this one i used, thyme, rosemary, small ammount of soy sauce, few table spoons of vege broth.
preheat oven to 375 to 400 (depending on oven)
clean and slice up vegs and place into baking tray.
place in oven for 1 to 1.5 hours.
service with noodles or rice.
