Text moves too fast other then that good

I think both text and overall movement speed is linked so you cant make the text slow without making the movement choppy

No that can't be i have seen my mate make them different speeds on the flashes he has made

basic rule of thumb: put everything on a different layer. Text is on its own layer and all the animation is on another (one layer per character). Since this is frame by frame I only need one maybe two layers at most for each character, it makes the file a little larger but its worth it. I am planing to get vocal work for this so that should help as well, friend also suggested a way to ease from one text to the next smoother so its easier to read

if you want to learn flash your best friend are going to be the various tutorials you see online...this was all done frame by frame (the traditional animation style) the other way it so turn things into "objects" and animate them using the 'tween' settings. Just remember: to do motion tween it has to be an object. If you have questions or stuff feel free to ask, I'm not great with Flash but I might be able to help

I found a Flash tutorial on Flash last night shortly after writing this. It's helpful, but the introduction takes foreeeeeeeever. And thanks for the help! I'll be sure to come to you first with a question. Maybe I can help you too somehow! ^^
