That's kinda what I do myself, that's why I get disappointed so often and well. Don't draw as often as I can. But I'm realizing things as I go, as I wrote in the description. I got the advice "making paintings takes time", which is another one of those cliche quotes I never realized before.

Yeah you're always getting somewhere, but learning isn't always about going the hard way. There happen to be some shortcuts sometime, and working little but effective is easier then working for hours doing hard work.
