Yeah, the title just sucks xDDD but oh welll..... i did the whole flygon using paint, also the background was done in paint.

And with the magical photoshop i did the shades, highlights and the gradient bacground, i also used it to organize the images in layers and give some colour to the outline, of course, i used the pencil tool as if i were using paint.
