Bio: He's actually not too different from Force Shield or Scalder. Really smart, good inventer, blah-blah-blah. But Laser Vision actually competed with his intelligence. He entered a lot of intellectual challenges, and didn't stop until he achieved his first First Place Finish. He didn't stop there. He strived and thrived in order to get his inventions out there. His favorite area of expertise is glasses. Being near-sighted himself, he liked creating high-tech glasses.
But one day, he was working on a pair, and the pair started to shoot lasers. This was not an intended feature of the glasses, and he tried to dispose them. But no matter where, they destroyed many things he tried to throw them away in. Eventually, instead of trying to destroy them, he tried to control them. Eventually, he had the idea to use the glasses for good. But how? Join the Elemental Force. How else. Besides calling himself Laser Vision, he also accepts the nickname "Burnie Big-Eyes."
Abilities:
A: Look At Me: His skills follow no true theme, but have different abilities. As expected, he can shoot beams of energy at opponents. But his goggles also have a hidden skill: They can toggle on a heat-vision which reveals enemies, allowing Laser Vision to hit normally un-hittable opponents and see invisible enemies. He can summon a laser orb around him to fend off close range. As well, while doing this attack, he can toggle the Heat Vision button to send the orb over to an opponent, usually the ones that are currently un-hittable. Finally, he can discard his glasses and put on a new pair. The dispatched goggles shoot our randomly until destroyed.
B: Don't Blink: Laser Vision shoots a long laser stream instead of short bursts. And instead of heat vision, he uses thermal vision, which can tell what an opponent is about to do, making moves easier to dodge and predict. In PVP mode, attacks are delayed for a second. This effect can only last for seconds at a time, and can't be spammed. He can also use his glasses to absorb energy, which makes his own moves more powerful. Finally, he can create the same laser orb from his other ability set, except it only lasts a second as a shield and always shoots out.
