I was listening to a song from a movie and was sitting there, just listening to it and paying attention to the lyrics. It was a love song of coarse so i started to think even harder about things. As I pondered and pondered, I realized that I was feeling lonely. As i continued to listen to the song, the line that lit the spark went "Cause I'm gonna love you for the rest of my life." In my head initially I was like "I might not ever get a mate that I can truthfully say that too." Thinking back to a couple of ex's. but then it occured to me, why was I narrowing it down to just a mate? I literally love all of my closest friends and every other friend I have. Sure, it isn't the same as the kind of love that you share with a mate but, it's still love. So take this message back for anyone else out there that is single and lonely, you don't need someone that you can say "I love you." too be not be lonely, all you need is some of your closest friends by your side. This is not saying that you won't find love or anything, I'm still looking for mine, but you don't have to feel lonely as you do look.
