I really love the size difference of these characters.
Also warm colours have always been my favorite. :)

I really enjoy the coloring in this and how it is drawn out mainly. The style is quite... I am not quite sure how to place it really. It does have that nice fine line art on it. And the shading even seems quite different from most. I am not sure if I've seen anything quite like it, but yet it still oddly seems familiar. While it is not yet done, it still can pass as 'completed' regardless. Still, I will most likely favorite this even though it isn't 'done' per se.
