The GameStop I work at is holding a second-chance Smash Bros. Brawl tournament. The manager of the store wants me to draw a couple of the characters so he can use them on the flyer. No idea why he doesn't just use official art, but I guess it works for me because it gets my artwork out there and about.
Problem is, I'm really busy with work and life right now, and I've already got a ton of other art on my plate that I want to finish. Oh well. It's just three more images. I'll finish them up in the next couple days and then it'll be done. For now, enjoy Toon Link.

Nope, I agree.
I'm not real satisfied with it myself. It's pretty bland and pretty boring, but I did the whole thing in probably about an hour. Truthfully, I think the sketch looks better.
I'm just under sort of a deadline, and the boss wants 'em quick. Given how much time I have extra in a given day, I can't really spend the time needed to make it look up to my usual standards without losing sleep over it. *shrugs*
So no worries. I hear ya. ;p

This is really good! But they might not be able to use official art since it could have legality issues. Or, he wanted them to be easier to manipulate to make the flier look professional. When your making something like that you should scan everything in to the exact size it's going to be used as. ORRRRR he just knows you draw and likes your art or something. :3
