just a little more shaping. I'm not 100% sure yet since I haven't furred one yet but I have an idea they'll be more like taxidermy style realism with this shaping.

Oh well, I'm still super happy about my ears - they're so soft and realistic.

Oh! I've been wanting to try Fosshape! Someone showed it on a fursuit community help site! Facebook, I think it was! I wanted to try it for manes and making stuff flare like fur. Is it as a base or a shape and maybe weft or put some NFT around it, but it remains soft and flexible. Need to save up money to experiment with it. Sucks when your money is precious,, but you want to grow. In order to grow, you gotta spend a few bucks to make something work first and use up supplies, lol.

Can't wait to see how these come out. Is this the softer fossshape or the harder stuff? I know theres a softer more pliable one and a harder more stuff one when its heated and stiffens.

I believe I got the thinner stuff from that site! :) you can order it in smaller amounts there which I really appreciated!

Okies, thanks! Oh! You might be able to make tail skeletons out of it or shape a tail with it, maybe the stiffer stuff and line it with fur, perhaps. Its worth a try. Perhaps even making a larger tail project out of it say for a raptor or a tauntaun or a dragon. Maybe a quadsuit. It would make the shape, hold and it would be lighter than foam. How bouncy is the fosshape? If used in a tail, correctly, it might have a natural sway to it and you could just shape tails that move out of it instead of delrin rode or something like that. Darn, I'm going to have to try all this stuff myself, if I can afford the foss shape.

thank you! :3 printed eyes glued on with E6000 :) I print and glue two images one over the other for a deeper/ brighter color! :D

I'm starting work with foshape, myself. I didn't even consider what I could do with ears! Brilliant idea!

Just been playing with shaping, nothing else, really. Wanted to get the hang of heating it right before using it on anything.

Sorry for double asking (asked on YT too), but are you using the thick or the thin Fosshape? I want to buy some but I am only going to use it for ears and if one or the other is not compatible I dont want to spend money on stocking up.
