Lina Inverse & Slayers © um... Toei animation... maybe... I think? o.O (I am informed their character creation credit goes to Hajime Kanzaka and Rui Araizumi, but am unsure of her licensed copyright holders!)
$60 Cosplay theme commission, I chose the character and the cosplay, rest was artistic freedom.
Rika has a lot of similarities to Lina, and indeed is partly inspired by her. Quick bit of trivia: the first character named "Rika Windblade" specifically of mine was actually a mage that specialized in wading into combat and blasting stuff with burning hands x3
Incidentally, clues in her outfit point to this being the version from late in Slayers Next, or early in Slayers Try, which were my favorite seasons :3
