Well...I'm starting to pump out new characters like crazy, first Kevios, then Solaira and, now this girl.
Her name is Aria and she's based on a typical 3 bladed wind turbine with some elements of a plane... however, she can spin her large propeller at will to lift herself off the ground and can even glide through the air.
