Hee-hee, commonly found cast problem XD Thank GOD for that lil cool spray the doc's give, just point the lil bendy nozzle thing down the cast, scoosh, nice, fresh cool air straight under your cast x3 There is NO greater relief, lol
Either that or pointing a fan at your fingers/toes to let the cool air waft through the cast ^_^ Trust me on that one, lol, don't go finding out for yourself XD

She ran out onto the busy (and fast) road ^^; She's incredibly lucky to be alive, but she has a cast and stiches now ( here's a pic http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1219318/ )

Not much I can tell you, except use a few drops of something bitter tasting on the cast, like Bitter Apple works good I hear :3
Not enough to soak the cast obviously, but just a lil, stops her from going to lick/gnaw it x3
Just make sure to take good care of her!! ~.^
