I'm never going to finish coloring or shading this and it's been sitting on my computer for months.
This was originally drawn about two years ago but I started updating it a few months ago. There are a lot of consistency errors in how I drew this but it was mainly for shits and giggles

Helium finds a Special Medallion™ that gives him every effect of pregnancy without actually making him pregnant, but he'll never be able to stop growing. If you'd like to make this extra special, it's because he asked a plump lady when she was due and she got offended so she gave him the medallion (turns out she was a witch!!! >:D)
