Haha, I wish I had that "problem" back when I was actively trying to gain weight.
I use to weigh 118. For 2 months I ate once every 2 hours and worked out 4-5 days a week. Got up to 132lbs.
Then I slacked on the calorie intake and ended up going back down to 125, which is where I'm at now. X3
And thanks for the faves by the way. *ego is boosted* ^///^

I think about food and my pants start getting tight......
Setting yourself up for an erection joke there, haha. ;P
Well, on the bright side, you already have extra calories to burn, otherwise you'd have to eat over 2000 calories a day AND workout. X3
But I wouldn't worry, you look like built football player on a night out on the town.
As for the flubber, that's just cuddling material for others to snuggle up to.
If you really want to lose it though, there's three simple things that make a BIG difference:
1. Cut out soft drinks and junk food. People tend to eat/drink them without thinking about it and wined up consuming the whole bag/case within the day.
2. Don't eat anything 2 hours before bed. Your body needs time to digest and process the food inside it. When you sleep your body's functions slow down and don't digest and absorb nutrients properly.
3. Eat breakfast. Doing this will kick start your digestive system, allowing you to digest and absorb nutrients more efficiently throughout the day. Eating 6 small meals, rather than 3 large meals, also helps in this.

I know this I'm a Biological Sciences major! >8C I don't drink soda, only green tea and milk. I also don't eat out. I make my own food...I'm not American, I have never eaten out....well....That's a lie, I've eaten people out.
I do however eat before bed because I work 12 hour shifts (at work now) and then come home, eat, and crash, sleep 8 hours, play 4, and then repeat....or something like that..

Oh, sorry, didn't know that. X3

What, Canadians don't eat out? Haha.
well....That's a lie, I've eaten people out.
I'm sure you have, hehe. And left many wanting a second helping. ;3
Ah, yeah, work schedules can make things a chore to do. X3
Perhaps going to bed within an hour of getting home so as not to tempt you?

Never heard of rice milk. O.O
Almond milk is pretty good, kind of like a peanut butter shake in the way it tastes.
Spinach and other leafy greens are really good too, having little to no calories.
that's what you normally eat on a day to day basis, that's actually pretty good. You're getting your lean protein from the fish, getting your dairy and fruit, just need to get some vegies in there, hehe.
