It does now that you said it. This is quite heavy over my head had it on for 5 minutes and took it off my hair was soaking. Need to find a way to say cool inside

Yes they are I am skinny so I have to use pillows to fatten the suit up. also the head is heavy and very stuffy inside within 5 minutes I was sweating and finding it a little hard to breath freely. But I love it
