I find that bit about the "could not refuse Nicky after that night" to be problematic.... :\ that sounds an awful lot like sexual entitlement, which is a very huge part of rape-culture. that unsettled me ALOT.

and yes, I do tend to fixate on that quite a bit. that kinda thing never leaves you if you've been seriously victimized by it.
