Well, in the universe this comic takes place in there are both anthro and feral versions of most dinosaurs so it could be one of the feral dinos.

Hm. Feral dinosaur as the mascot.. would be strange\meta to have an anthro dino student hoping into the team-mascot suit, which is their feral counterpart...
