Not much to say about this. I saw it in my head and just had to draw it. :)
I'm a real sucker for cute, and there are few things cuter than an MLP:FiM pony in a diaper, suckling a bottle.
Oh, I almost forgot: when I showed this to my friends, one of them told me that the expression on her face looked like she was saying, "I dare you to give a damn!" I think that's rather fitting, don't you? :)
