Being a sky pirate is exhausting. You're always on the run, plundering booty and dividing the loot while avoiding the authorities. To say nothing of exhausting negotiations with other pirates, and the occasional heated exchange with the authorities when they do finally catch up.
Sometimes, the Captain needs to just have a break, and savor the moment while appreciating the finer things in life.
