Sure I labeled it as adult because the characters don't seem to be small, they are adult babies and should be placed in the right section. But that's not the point, there is still nothing exposed, they are fully clothed, there is no violence. It's just the pose which disturbs you. Like I said, it's hard to decide, the picture is like on a border between two sides. It's more like a ethical discussion about art.
