yes, i use the blade of Exact Zero
around 30ish. but it also depends of how many layers there are.

mostly depends on the card, but base price is $10 for basic lands

ooh... that's going to be a tricky one. average price is about 25-50 cents each. i usually make 8 layers per counter, but i'll have to make sure.
