Been wanting to do this for a while now, but some changes in plans bumped this project up.

Starts with a fully digital badge art as shown above, it is then replicated onto shirt by hand. No cheap printed or iron-on transfers. They are painted using textile acrylics and other shirts in the past have held up for years worth of wear and washes.

Shirts themselves range from 100% cotton to cotton blends (like a 50/50 cotton and polyester) depending on color and manufacturer. Buyer has choice of color and size, and even style (v-neck, long sleeve, etc) As for wash and care they can just go in the normal laundry load with your other shirts in cold water.

I have no hard prices on these as the handpainted and traditional nature of them will be determined on case-by-case basis depending on factors like just a headshot or bust, simple or complex patterns, etc. But as a general idea they could be $40 and up. Final commission price does also cover the cost of shirt and domestic US shipping.

In terms of turnaround time I would suggest ordering them a month or more ahead of time for any cons, birthdays, or other events.
