Well, I was also looking at the chest. It seems to get compressed quite a bit by the bra, but maybe this is pretty much their natural shape...
In any case, if your goal was to make it look like the underwear was on her, then I'd say that's a mission accomplished. There's definitely no doubt she's wearing them. They don't look like they're floating in front of her or anything.
