The glitch filling, is done by hand, picked a texture, or applied some filter or special effect?

i databent/glitched a photo i took (with trial and error) to be unrecognizable, then filled it in myself. the glitches in the background were databent too, placed on a new layer with low opacity

This is awesomeee I love the glitchy look coupled with the...well, non glitchy look. Kinda reminds me of Warhol for some weird reason. Maybe the colours idk.
