Uhmmm... sho like are we using Paladium's rolling system or something more like Wizards of the Coast? Cuz if it's Wizards then I'd have to choose C cuz I have a really good Thac0 but then again if it's Paladium then I would TOTALLY go with B cuz everyone knows that with percentile die you usually end up rolling lower with them
