Really, she is. Since late 2013, I downloaded Luo's voicebank, and it took HOURS for it to be completed. When the installation was complete, I looked at the size, and she was about 4 GIGABYTES BIG! I can't believe how big one VOCALOID would be. Although, I didn't install her to the VOCALOID3 software. I also heard that she's coming with a Japanese voicebank, just like SeeU's coming up with an English voicebank.
